A delicious and healthy recipe for roasted broccoli drizzled with a sweet sesame ginger sauce.

Sesame Ginger Sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 (F) and chop the broccoli into florets (they should be roughly the same size)
  2. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet
  3. Drizzle avocado oil over the broccoli and sprinkle with a pinch of salt
  4. Roast the broccoli in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked and slightly browned.
  5. While the broccoli is cooking, make the sauce.
  6. To make the sauce, put all sauce ingredients in a mason jar, put the lid on, and shake.
  7. When the broccoli is done, remove it from the oven and pour the sauce over it.
  8. If you have extra sauce, save it for later or set it on the table to use as a dipping sauce for the sauce lovers.
